Grade of Membership RobustnessExample
Robustness of GoM to violations of assumptions
- 15 variables ( out of 30 ) from the second wave of NSFH survey whose correlation with age exceed 0.2 were taken.
- Random subsets of 9 variables from this list were selected and GoM scores were computed.
- The outcome success measure based on rank-order correlation between GoM scores and ages was calculated.
- The mean success measure over out 100 randomly selected subsets is 0.898, ranging between 0.78 and 0.96, with quartiles of 0.885 and 0.921
